From time to time, there are incidents wherein a student damages (rips / soils) the clothing or personal belongings of another child or an adult.
The school is not responsible for replacing, repairing, or mending the clothing or belongings of students when such damage occurs.
Also, there are occasions when school property is damaged by students (i.e., damage to Chromebooks, torn books, graffiti on walls, deliberately destroying equipment, writing on, ripping or poking holes in bus seats). Parents will be asked to replace or pay for damage by their child to Swainsboro Primary and Emanuel County School property.
